If you had someone to talk to, you might tell him that you are exhausted, tired of not having the right to fail, tired of not being able to be yourself, tired to believe that you are not vulnerable. You might say that you'd like to take a break, that you want someone to listen to you, that you want to be understood without being judged.

You don't have to carry anything on your own, to look for solutions going in circles. I provide you with an environment where talking is possible and welcomed, freely, without judgement, in a professional and confidential manner and with empathy.
the session
Lasting an hour, your session takes place in an environment of mutual trust and respect.
An energy healing session takes place around your head and at multiple main energy points of your body. The goal is to restore your energy flow and free up any blockages like a "great inner cleaning" in order to help you find yourself again.
Throughout the session you are encouraged to talk to me about anything that bothers you, anything that sets you back, anything that bothers you or worries you. I will be listening to you so you can open yourself up as much as you want, at your own pace.
Like in a bubble of benevolence, you will live an experience of freedom during which you will step back to better face problems and stress. Here, you can talk freely, exchange thoughts, let your emotions speak, regain self-confidence, and be who you are without hiding.
You will come out of this session rejuvenated, relaxed, grounded, a little lighter, soothed, fulfilled, and with a clearer mind.
Multiple sessions are recommended according to your needs.
